Shipping policy

We thank you for considering us as your Custom Design shop. 

Remember some of our physical products are custom made or made to order, which means we have to make each one as the orders come in. Please allow between 3 to 7 business days for your order to be made and processed. Once we drop your package at either Fedex or USPS, we will provide a tracking number so that you are able to track your package. 

Please be advised, once we drop the package to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands how they deliver this package to its destination. If your package is taking a while to arrive or you still have not received said package, please contact their customer service representatives first before contacting us, as they have more viable solutions to either finding your package or providing an status update.
